Parking Rules
A quick-reference guide to help keep our community safe and accessible for everyone.
Enforcement & Monitoring
The HOA management company and parking committee actively monitor the community and tag vehicles that are in violation to provide a warning. Vehicles parked in violation may be immobilized, towed, impounded, and/or stored at the owner's sole expense without further notice.

Residents must park their motor vehicles within their designated garages.
Driveways are for temporary daytime & visitor parking only
The Driveway Area may be used for temporary daytime parking and/or temporary visitor parking.
Visitors park in the driveway of the unit they are visiting
Visitors or guests shall park their motor vehicles in the Driveway Area of the unit the visitor or guest is visiting.
No Parking Zones
No parking on streets or roads
No vehicle may be parked along any street or road except with Association consent.
No parking in red zones or fire lanes
No parking in guest/visitor spots if you are a resident
Never block access to a unit, garage, entrance, exit, or driveway
No parking in front of garages, walkways, or buildings

No creating potentially dangerous parking situations
Garage Rules
Keep garage doors closed
Garage doors shall remain closed except when entering or leaving.
Garages are for vehicle parking and storage only
Garages and Driveway Areas shall be used solely for the parking and storage of personal motor vehicles.
Don't reduce your garage's parking capacity
No garage may be altered to reduce the number of vehicles it can hold below its original design capacity.
Vehicle Restrictions
No recreational, commercial, or oversized vehicles
These vehicles must be parked outside the project, except for loading and unloading.
No vehicle repairs on the property
No owner or resident shall repair or restore any vehicle on-site, except emergency repairs needed to move the vehicle to a repair facility.
Quick Tips
- Hosting guests? Have them park in your driveway, not on the street.
- Loading or unloading? Temporary street-side stops are OK, but don't leave vehicles unattended.
- Keep your garage clear. A clutter-free garage means you always have a place to park.
- See a violation? Contact HOA management rather than confronting the owner directly.
Note: This page is a simplified summary intended as a quick reference. Please consult the CC&Rs (Section 3.19, xi) for the complete parking regulations. In case of conflict, the governing documents take precedence.
